Hambik Kumuryan grew up in Armenia. He graduated from the University of Armenia with a business degree. He has two different businesses one is an orthotic and prosthetic manufacturing company and the second is Smartsoil Stimuli-Responsive Polymer Systems

CFO
Constantine Kumuryan grew up here in the United States. He was the COO for PLS (Hambik’s first business) in 2008 and in 2009 he took over as their CEO. He has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from CSUN.

COO
Diana Kumuryan was born and raised here in the United States. She has an associate degree from College of the Canyons for legal assistance/ paralegal and has participated in a UC Berkley Extension paralegal certification program. Her professional experience consists of administrative work for CPIS and is currently working at Smartsoil Systems as our Operations Manager.

Chief of Marketing & Sales Officer (CSO / CMO)
Alexandros Mikrakis was born and raised in Greece. He moved to the US when he was 12 years old. He has an associate’s degree in business administration and a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an option in business analytics from CSUN. During his professional career, he has worked as a restaurant quality manager while attending school and once he graduated he started working at Smartsoil Systems as their VP of Marketing in mid-2023 and has recently been promoted to President of Marketing and Sales.
